OEM's Service and Parts department is responsible for the support of all OEM Press Systems customers, including representative sales and service agencies. A highly trained, dedicated staff of hydraulic, electric, and thermo-dynamic engineers support installations worldwide in an effort to provide proactive systems maintenance an eliminate system downtime.

OEM will provide you with excellent service and support to ensure that your press system remains in production 100% of the time.

Our Service Department can provide the following services for your benefit:

  Immediate service support via on-line and modem troubleshooting capabilities
  On-site support
  Same day shipment of inventory spare parts
  Field service technicians who are fully trained in all press mechanics, hydraulics and electronics
  Installation supervision, or turnkey installation services available
  On-site start-up at your facility by a qualified OEM Field Service Technician
  OEM’s Field Service Technician will train all Operations and Maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance of the equipment in order to ensure that you are completely self-sufficient in running the system before we leave your facility after start-up
  A full twelve (12) month warranty on parts and labor on all new equipment
  Extended warranty, Preventative Maintenance and Service agreements available

Same Day Technical Service Support
Arrangements for same-day, on-site technical service can be made by contacting the OEM Press Systems Service department directly at (866) 636-7978. Please note that the same-day, on-site technical support is an upgrade option. On-site support request are generally addressed in no more than 72 hours.

Maintenance Service Contracts
Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance insures the long-term value of OEM Press Systems equipment and minimizes your organizations likelihood of catastrophic failure. Information concerning maintenance service contracts should be addressed to the service department at

Critical Parts Inventory
Owners of OEM Press Systems equipment, especially those with multiple installations, should consider taking advantage of the critical parts inventory program. Each program is specially designed to suit the needs of your production environment. The Critical Parts Inventory program provides the proverbial "ounce of prevention" that might save your company valuable time and resources resulting from unexpected failures.

Remote Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Many OEM Press Systems are equipped with modems allowing for remote troubleshooting and diagnostics by OEM certified service engineers. Systems without this feature can upgrade to this feature by contacting the OEM Service department.

Extended Warranty Contracts
Extended warranty contracts have been designed to insure the long-term prospects of your manufacturing equipment. By taking advantage of extended warranty contracts our customers diminish the likelihood of unexpected major repairs that can demolish their service and maintenance budgets. Combined with an OEM Maintenance Service contract, all systems maintenance can be outsourced for less than the cost of a single out-of-warranty repair.
